This is what you are going to do:

At PCI, the job as a (Sr.) Account Manager MPS is more than having a smooth talk and commercial insight. They think knowledge of their product is important to advise customers in the best possible way. As an (Sr.) Accountmanager MPS you are focused on bringing in new customers in the southwest of the country. Here you are responsible for the entire sales process, from the first contact with the customer, to closing the deal and maintaining your customer relationships. As part of the field sales team, you will ensure that PCI Nederland becomes even bigger and more successful. You do this, within the vision of PCI, independently, proactively and with whimsy. You get the maximum sales result; achieving targets is your motivation.

Core tasks:

  • You are responsible for winning new customers, from cold calling to deal closing and onboarding;
  • You want to score and find it a challenge to bring in new customers;
  • You like to take responsibility and you get excited about reaching challenging targets;
  • Responsibility for expanding your own client portfolio;
  • You get a kick out of closing a deal;
  • You ensure compliance with the agreements made;
  • You analyse customer needs and translate them into sound advice;
  • You are keen on signals and opportunities in a competitive B2B market;
  • You understand that different customers need different approaches and that a tailor-made solution is going to ensure cooperation.

Job Requirements:

  • HBO working and thinking level, good knowledge of the Dutch language, both oral and written;
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience;
  • You have a great drive to be successful. You have the flexibility and mentality to find things out for yourself within a young team and make them a success;
  • Energetic;
  • Industry experience is an advantage;
  • Strong drive to score;
  • You are commercial, customer-oriented and enterprising;
  • Very eager to learn and able to work independently;
  • You are strong in communication and presentation;
  • Driving licence B is required;
  • You are a healthy 'sociable colleague' and have social skills.
