More than 90% of all communication is non-verbal. SalesSCOUTS therefore has intensive personal contact with a candidate before introducing him or her. The examinations are discussed in detail and the development wishes and improvement of skills are examined. Selection and nomination
The client receives a temporary link to the SalesSCOUTS dashboard with the candidate profile and all relevant information gathered in the previous three steps. A clear picture in advance ensures fewer deceptions at the table. If it turns out to be a mutual match, a personal interview is held. In this way, both an organisation and a candidate are assured of not having wasted any time.

Assumption and evaluation

Our office remains involved with the placed candidate after a joint evaluation of the recruitment process. Once contracted, the new sales professional starts the training period. In many cases, things still go wrong during this phase. With the SalesSCOUTS 'onboarding' programme, tailored to the situation, a candidate gets off to a flying start. If desired, even the entire sales team can be trained. This maximises the chance of a successful, future-proof placement and ensures that everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet.
